How we work
From first lesson to first job in Japan
Every candidate moves through five integrated verticals before matching. Only candidates who meet strict, multi-layered benchmarks are certified and recommended to employers.

Step 1: In-class learning (N5–N3)
Structured Japanese language training that builds strong grammar and communication foundations from N5 to N3.

Step 2: Off-class AI practice
Daily AI-powered practice with personalised learning paths, pronunciation correction and performance analytics.

Step 3: AR/VR language immersion
Practice inside realistic Japanese environments: cultural etiquette, workplace behaviour and everyday communication.

Step 4: AR/VR job practicals
Hands-on simulations for caregiving, food service and factory work, plus interview role-play with AI avatars.

Candidates are AI-verified, AR/VR-tested and interview-cleared, then receive a QR-verified readiness profile.
