These terms govern your use of the XploraKōdo website and services, operated by XploraKōdo Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to them.

1. Our services

XploraKōdo provides Japan-readiness training (including Japanese language, workplace and cultural preparation), assessments, readiness certification with QR verification, and application and deployment support for candidates, together with candidate-verification and talent services for employers and partners.

2. No guarantee of visa, admission or employment

We prepare candidates and support their applications, but visas are decided by the Japanese immigration authorities, admissions by schools and universities, and job offers by employers. Completing a programme or holding an XploraKōdo certificate does not guarantee a visa, an admission, a job offer or a particular salary.

3. Accurate information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information, including identity, education and work documents. Submitting false or altered documents may lead to removal from a programme and cancellation of any certification.

4. Fees and payments

Programme fees, what they include and any refund conditions are confirmed in writing before enrolment. Third-party costs — for example exam fees, medical checks, visa fees and travel — are separate unless stated otherwise.

5. Certification and verification

Certificates and QR profiles reflect assessment results at the time of assessment. We may correct or withdraw a certificate that was issued in error or obtained through misconduct.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or offensive content, or impersonate another person.

7. Intellectual property

Course materials, software and content on this site belong to XploraKōdo or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, XploraKōdo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by third parties such as authorities, schools or employers.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
