XploraKōdo is a Japan-readiness platform based in Kathmandu, Nepal. It prepares Nepali students, workers and professionals to study and work in Japan through Japanese language training, workplace and cultural preparation, AI-supported practice, AR/VR simulation, and a readiness assessment with QR-verified certification.
Neither. XploraKōdo is not a traditional language institute, a manpower agency or a certificate-selling operation. It is a readiness system: we train, assess and verify candidates, and support their applications and move to Japan together with partners.
Students planning to study in Japan, workers preparing for Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) jobs such as caregiving, food service, agriculture, cleaning and manufacturing, IT professionals targeting careers in Japan, and Nepali workers already in Japan who want to upskill.
Classroom training covers JLPT N5 to N3, supported by daily AI practice for pronunciation, vocabulary and mock tests. The focus is Japanese you can use at work, not only for the exam.
Specified Skilled Worker (Tokutei Ginō) is a Japanese residence status for foreign workers in designated industries. Applicants generally need to pass a skills test for their field and a Japanese language test (for example JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic). XploraKōdo helps you prepare for both.
No. Visas are decided by the Japanese immigration authorities and job offers are made by employers. We prepare you, verify your readiness, and support your application and documents so you can compete with confidence.
It depends on your starting level and goal. We offer a 3-month intensive track and a 6-month full-deployment track; after an initial assessment our team recommends the right plan for your target industry and timeline.

Candidates who meet our assessment benchmarks receive a readiness profile with a unique QR code. Employers can scan it, or use the verify-candidate page, to see the assessed results for language, behaviour, interview and work readiness.

We prepare Nepali candidates in Japanese language, workplace behaviour and job-specific skills, then assess them and record the results in a QR-verified profile, so you can review readiness before interview.
Mainly Specified Skilled Worker sectors such as elderly caregiving, food service, agriculture, building cleaning and factory or manufacturing work, plus IT and bilingual AI roles.
Scan the QR code on the candidate's profile or enter their details on the verify-candidate page. Verification shows the results recorded by XploraKōdo at assessment.
Yes. The platform is designed to work alongside Registered Support Organisations and partner institutions for document handling, interview scheduling and post-arrival coordination.
